This practical one-hour course guides suppliers through the key steps involved in using the eTenders platform effectively. Participants will learn how to register their organisation, set up a supplier profile and select appropriate CPV codes to receive relevant tender notifications. The course explains how to find opportunities, download tender documents, express interest and submit clarification questions. It also provides practical guidance on preparing, uploading and submitting a tender response correctly. Common submission issues and deadline risks will be highlighted, together with practical tips on how to avoid them. The session includes a live demonstration and an opportunity for participants to ask questions.

Suppliers using eTenders to find and submit tender opportunities, including those new to the platform.
Before you register
- ✓If you can't attend, a colleague can take your place — let us know in advance and we'll update the registration.
- ✓Cancel at least 24 hours before the session and you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours aren't refunded, though a colleague is welcome to take the place instead.
- ✓Where a course runs over two sessions, one registration covers both and the full fee applies — attending only one session doesn't reduce it.
- ✓A certificate of attendance is available on request.
