Understanding the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF)

The Capital Works Management Framework governs how public bodies in Ireland procure works and construction-related services, and it is a large body of documentation to navigate under time pressure. This two-session course works through the framework in the order a project actually meets it: finding the right documents, appointing a design team, running the competition, and managing delivery under a Public Works Contract. Both sessions cover works and construction-related services together, and the framework's recent form changes are dealt with directly rather than left to be discovered later.

Booking terms

Before you register

  • If you can't attend, a colleague can take your place — let us know in advance and we'll update the registration.
